Hi all,
Need some help here......have just completed a 95 minute walk and have now used a formula (found online) to ascertain how many calories I should have burned but the number seems way too high so sure that I must be wrong...Here's my stats, can anyone help?
age = 41
weight in lb's = 142
exercise time = 95 mins
distance = 4.1 miles (not sure this bit relevant)
average heart rate = 119bpm
Thanks everyone - hoping you are better at this than me!

I got 629 calories when I did the math. That doesnt seem to high for an hour and a half of walking at a good pace0
