25g over on protein allowance?

Hi,
Just added dinner to my food diary and 25g over on the protein levels (had wraps and didn't realise made with soya flour!). Still under on calories, carbs etc.
Anyone know if this will have any adverse effects?

MFP's protein percentage is quite low. It's perfectly fine to go over that, probably better in fact. I manually set mine and aim for 130g a day.0

If you are on the default mfp settings, that is probably still too little protein. To maintain lean mass in a calorie deficit it is advisable o eat 1g protein for every pound of body weight (or lean mass if that is too high). If I were a 300 pound woman with 50% body fat, my lean mass would be 300*.5= 150 lbs so I would eat 150 g of protein.0
