Is 104lbs for a 16 year old girl at 5'1 an unrealistic goal? Note, this isn't for me, it's my friend's ultimate goal for herself, just wondering what you guys think.

I literally never meet my calorie goal for the day, but today has got out of hand. I can't meet my calorie goal.
My calorie goal is 1400 or something.. I eat 3 meals a day and snacks, and I'm usually under my goal. I have no idea what foods to eat to get it up. Help please?! Check out my diary if you want/have time.

Do you have to eat back exercise calories?
I burn around 300cals a day from exercise, mainly cardio with v sits and pushups, but I always feel weird if I get told to eat back the calories I lost. As if it's pointless? I don't really know much about the scientific aspects of this, but any advice?

Scared to up my calories
I'm 5'1 and 140, and I really want to be 105lbs. I've always had a bad relationship with food (EDNOS for 4 years) but I want to lose weight, healthily, and i generally don't know how anymore, stupid as it sounds. How can I lose this weight? Help!

Eating too few calories
I'm recovering from an eating disorder, and want to lose weight the healthy way. But I'm really struggling to eat a decent amount each day. Can someone kind of explain how eating around 1200-1300 actually loses weight? Sorry for sounding stupid but for me, this sounds so much.
