This will sound silly, but I've been struggling with weight loss for years and it's never happened, and there's so many amazing people on MFP that have reached their goals. I'm just having one of those days where I don't know if I'll ever be a success story.

Things that help: Increase your protein (carb-y foods tend to make you hungry after), cut your calories, and read/post often to keep motivated. I find keeping the motivation up is the hardest and sites like this one help keep you on track. I also google "weight loss success stories" when I am feeling weak.
