How is everyone doing? The weather here is nice today - I have to get outside and go for a walk, I am feeling very sluggish. Even a half hour will be good to clear my head and the it is back to the books. Must accomplish lots today.

June 2015 - June 22 - 30
Here goes the last week and a bit in June. 10 days .... I will have to make 10,000 steps everyday to reach my goal. Oh dear may be a little difficult on the work days! I am not going to stress about it though - that makes it just much harder for me to accomplish my goals.
