Thank you kayjosh2422 for addressing this. We are here to support each other. Unfortunately to reach our goals we need to "work" at forming the good habits needed to lose. Yes, we have to make the effort! So, today.... one day at a time, I will drink my water, 10 mins on my mini trampoline, and eat sensibly.
