Anyone tried quinoa flour?
If so, what is it like? I have heard it is bitter with a strong flavour, which is off-putting but I would like to make quinoa chips and tortillas.

Mesquite Powder?
Has anyone heard about mesquite powder? What is it? Is it natural? Does it have any artificial sweeteners in it? I seen a recipe that required it but do not want to use anything that is impure. It is supposed to have a natural caramel flavour, and is used in many natural "desserts".

BMI is not accurate
BMI is outdated and was created in the 1830's and was originally used to measure height to weight ratio across the population. It also doesn't consider fat composition, so please don't be too hard on yourself - it's unreliable.
