Dates (around 6)
Almond Milk ( a splash)
2 tbsp of peanut butter
Oats (I used porridge oats)
1. Blend the dates and almond milk together (I would recommend chopping the dates before putting in blender)
2. Add peanut butter to the date and almond milk mix
3. Stir in enough oats until you get a flapjack texture
4. Shape them and put them in a plate (or put the mixture in a tin to set and cut in slices when ready)
5. Put in the fridge for a few hours until they become firm.
Just a simple recipe, and is more trial and error than anything. Hope these satisfy your sweet cravings as they did mine!
