Low GI

Hi,
I'm eating low GI due to the fact I have PCOS but not seeing results! I eat very healthy - raw vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds. I drink lots of water and green tea as well and generally watch what I eat. Are there any foods that I should avoid apart from obvious ones such as fast releasing carbs (white bread, pasta, potatoes) etc?

Have you seen Rick Gallop's GI Diet books? He categorizes foods as Red (dont' touch), Yellow (occasional) and Green (eat as much as you want). I found it very helpful. It also made things easy for my ex to understand (that way he wasn't offering me any Red foods lol)0
