I was tempted to buy some, yet I heard that it tastes and smells bitter and strong - which is definitely not what I want. Does anyone have any experience with quinoa flour?

My coworker uses it, but he has celiac so special circumstances.
You may need to add guar gum since there is no gluten.
I haven't tried and I don't know what he makes with it.0
