i hate...
i hate how sometimes my weight controls my mood....is that a bad thing? i ahve been in my calorie intake for the majority of the past few eeks, and it is not like i have gained...but i still feel bummed about the way i feel. why does this make me bummed? words of encouragement or wisdom would be greatly appreciated!! thanks

bloating after working out...

i need sleep!!
so i was not sure where to post this, but anyway... i ahve not been sleeping well AT ALL for about 2.5 weeks. i am not sure if it is stress, or if something is really wrong. of course this leads to midnight snacking (mainly cereal or a spoonful of peanut butter) does anyone have any suggestions to get a good nights rest?

bored at work
so recently work has been really slow, and of course that means that i want to eat, chew, drink something....what do you do to keep your mind off of food all day long? as long as i am doing something away from my desk it is not a problem, but the second i sit down it is all over...i dont want to be chewing a million peices…

frustrated!!
night eating is driving me crazy!! i have not been sleeping well for the past few days which results in a snack around 11pm. i am not sure what has changed to cause this sudden change in sleep patterns...what do you do to fall asleep and stay alseep at night? any ideas to help with night eating?

roasted vegetables
so for lunch today i brought about a cup of roasted vegetables (eggplant, onion, peppers, summer squash) in the database it is telling me that it is 340 calories....i just dont see how that could be true. i cooked a whole pan with a couple tables spoons of oil, garlic, and i little salt (1tsp) what do you think?
