so recently work has been really slow, and of course that means that i want to eat, chew, drink something....what do you do to keep your mind off of food all day long? as long as i am doing something away from my desk it is not a problem, but the second i sit down it is all over...i dont want to be chewing a million peices of gum a day you know?

    I read the MFP posts and look at success stories to keep me busy and motivated! I also check out other fitness sites like shapefit.com.

    How funny... I am so in the same situation...I am literally on MFP like all day long reading the new posts and checking out different things. Either that or "window" shop online.

    Yep, me too. I have been chewing a lot of gum too, and spending oodles of time on MFP.

    If your work dosen't mind you should take a short walk...I try to take a little one every morning and afternoon for a few minutes to clear my head and get some blood moving! I know a lot of work places won't let you do that but maybe you could walk around the office, organize some files, tidy things up...something to get you moving and be productive at the same time!
