Things you do now that you did not do before?
As I continue improving my health, I find that I am doing much more to take care of myself. Saving calories??
Does anyone do this? I suspect that the best possible thing for our bodies would be to be consistent and not do this. I wonder though, if you ever save your exercise calories for the weekend or a special occasion? If so, so you do it on a regular basis or just every now and then? What have your results been?
