Uggh.. I have really struggled last week and again today to eat enough. Between skipping breakfast, being very busy, eating foods low in calories, exercising (I aim to eat back), and just generally not making enough effort, I have been eating far too few calories on more days than not. I really felt it in my workout yesterday.

I always advocate eating enough and I really do not want to do this to myself- I understand the harmful ramifications of not eating enough. Yet, I cannot seem to get a handle on it. I do well as long as I have no distractions.. but as soon as life goes full whirl, anything stressful happens (which happens a lot in my life right now), making time to eat seems to be the first thing that goes out the window. I rarely feel hungry which compounds the problem as I will truly forget and suddenly notice the time realizing it has been far too long since a meal.

Have any of you experienced a similar problem, and if so, what did you do to help overcome it?

If I know I'm going to be having a crazy busy day, I prepare and measure out snacks the night before. This way anytime I can get a minute, I can grab and eat. If I know it's going to be a beyond crazy day, I'll even pre-log my food to take that out of the equation.
