Am I eating too many calories?
So I’m in that place where I’m trying to build a little muscle and shed fat simultaneously. I burn an average of 5000-6000 calories per week. I eat anywhere from 1800-2300 per day. Am I in the proper range? I know this will vary depending on the person but I’m just looking for a general range.
