Sloshy Stomach

Hello guys,
I was wondering if anyone has any insight in sloshy stomach after bouts of intense exercise? My stomach has been feeling this way for about two weeks. I always feel full and a little nauseous. My stomach is always sloshing around and it feels even worse if I'm doing burpees or anything that requires jumping. My appetite has terribly diminished but I force myself to eat because I need the fuel for my workouts. I always seem to have looser stools too. I try to eat more dense foods because veggies are unbearable at this time as it makes me much worse. I have a feeling it's my workouts that throwing everything off. Does anyone else suffer from this? It's so bad at times that even drinking water can be unbearable.

I have had that happen randomly from time to time. Are you giving yourself enough time to digest in between eating and working out? Personally, I need a snack right before a cardio workout - but its actually recommended that you wait 3-4 hours to exercise after a big meal, 2-3 hours after a medium size meal, and 1 hour after a snack.
Why do you say veggies you think veggies make it worse? If anything, the fiber in them might actually be helpful.0 -
I have had that, I found I avoid it working out on an empty stomach. I leave it at least 2 hours after eating a snack, and linger if it's a meal. However, everyone is different, and YMMV0

I workout in the morning before eating, so there's nothing to slosh around.2

I’m in this camp as well - at most I have some coffee and maybe a couple hundred calories of carbs. You said that you need to fuel your workouts - does that mean you’ve tried working out fasted and it doesn’t work for you? There’s no magic to fasted cardio but there’s no harm to it either and it seems like the logical thing to try if you’re feeling sloshy.
That said, you also said this has just been the last two weeks - are you doing a new exercise routine? If not, have you ruled out any other medical issues/changes?0
