Suggestions for More Successful Weekends?
We spend time with friends over the weekends and go to peoples' houses. I am going waaaay over on my calories on the weekends and also having challenges sticking to my exercise schedule due to how busy we are on weekends. Also- I'm finding it's tough to pre-plan my food diary when we go to potlucks, etc. Any ideas?

What's the one bad habit you're going to fight to get rid of

I walked past the pizza!
They were offering pizza at my work and I thought, do I want to be wearing that on my body tomorrow? I decided, no, it wasn't worth it and came home and had a healthy lunch. I am proud of myself and just had to share it! It's rare that I've walked past free hot food after working hard at work, but I did it!

Little success, but big step in the right direction!
Had to post this because I am so proud of myself! I was walking through Costco the other day and they had samples on every aisle. I ate the healthy ones and walked past the high sugar and high fat ones. It felt so good to know I chose better for myself, and now I'm not wearing bad choices on my hips!
