Here I go again! Need friends :)
I have had success here in the past and I am trying to get back on track. A lot of the friends I had haven't logged in for a while. I would love some new people to help keep each other motivated on my friends list. Thanks

I have had a couple days over my allotted calories by a few hundred, but also a couple where I have a burn of 1000. Does it matter? Should I focus more on the days or the week? Please help! :)

Bathroom scales
So, a month ago I started my second attempt at this. My old school bathroom scale put me at 151lbs. Today I weigh 145lbs on that scale. A couple days ago I got a digital scale and it reads 148.8 today :( I know it's only a couple lbs difference but it still sucks. :(

Back at it...
I lost about 15lbs using mfp 2 years ago, and gained it all back. :( I am DETERMINED this time to not f&^k it up. So....I ask you this.... if I do a circuit training video, let's say from 20 to 40 minutes 5 days a week and do 10,000 steps at least 5 days per week, and follow my given 1350 calories a day, will it work? I am…
