Do you focus on the day, or the week?

I have had a couple days over my allotted calories by a few hundred, but also a couple where I have a burn of 1000. Does it matter? Should I focus more on the days or the week? Please help!

I take every day at a time if I have a bad day one day I don't try to make up for it by eating fewer calories another day or exercising more.0

I focus on the day while monitoring the long term. If i have a bad day...**** happens.
The next day is brand new.0 -
I take it one day at a time, but try not to stress over a day or two of exceeding my calorie limit.0

Both. I try to stick to my calorie & macro goals daily, but if I am lacking or over somewhere I use the rest of the week to balance. If my deficit is intact for the week as a whole & my macro targets have been hit, it's a good week!0
