New Start, New Friends

I started again with this lifestyle change Feb 19 of this year. I am down 6lbs (yay!) and would like friends who are near my goals for support. I am 5 feet 4, sw 151....cw 145...ultimate goal is 121. :)

I try for a workout 4x a week and walk 10,000 steps each day. I don't normally eat my excercise calories back because some days I splurge, so it evens out. I am more of a "weekly" calorie counter than daily. :)
