I signed up for ww today and receive d my little welcome pack with my pocket guide and pamphlets. Am I missing something because I don't see where it tells me how to calculate points for different foods and they are certainly are not all listed in the pocket guide. Thanks!

Where else can I put my HRM watch?
No jewlery, watches etc are allowed to be worn in my kickboxing class. They are strict about it because it's a martial arts studio and they don't want to the mat floors to get ruined (no shoes either). Anyone around 160lbs?
I'm 5'4 and wondering who else out there is around my weight and is trying to lose 20-30lbs. It would be nice to have some friends with similar frustrations. Not TOO much to lose but enough to have to put in some real work. I started at 170lbs and I'm stuck around 160... for almost a month now :( SO FRUSTRATING!!!

resetting activity level/lbs perweek to lose- please help!
I currently have my activity level set to lightly active and I'm set to lose 2lbs per week. This gives me 1200 calories a day. I've been actively using MFP since about June 26th (give or take a day). I am set at 1200 calories a day to lose 2 lbs a week. I started at 170lbs and am now stuck at about 162lbs. Kickboxing... do I still need weight training?
I take a kickboxing class 2-3 times a week at a martial arts studio. They work us hard, I'm always sore, and they switch up the workout every time also incorporating abs, lunges, jump rope, and quick circuits w weights sometimes. Does this only count as cardio? Should I still be lifting weights to build muscle?

BMR? TDEE? I'm new, help!
I keep seeing these acronyms. BMR and TDEE and that I should be calculating how many calories I eat from these things. MFP has me set at 1200 a day but I don't know about 'eating back' calories. I've never heard of that before. I'm on information overload!!!
