I wasn't sure if I was going to venture in to the friend zone on MFP but I have decided it certainly can't hurt.

I'm a 5'4, 28 year old female
SW 170 (after gaining 20lbs in a year!)
CW 160-161
GW 140 (for now)

I was eating 1200 calories a day but stopped losing so I'm at 1350 now. I might go up to 1400... it took me a while to even go to 1350!!! I'm on level 2 of the 30 Day Shred and I kickbox 2-3 days a week.

I'm getting bored with some of my food ideas and always welcome new tips and motivations, especially from people who are in the same boat as me. I don't have a huge amount of weight to lose but still a good amount and it's going to just get harder and harder.
