Off the wall question..
How many calories should I be aiming for at each meal if my caloric intake is at 1200? Does it change when I factor in my exercise?

Whch weight to log
I've been logging my weight when I weigh myself in the morning and then out of some force of habit I check through out the day and it's higher but stays that same weight after meals. So do I do the morning weigh in or the after a few meals weigh in?

Bone Structure affecting weight?
Does your bone structure affect what your weight will be? I'm by no means petite bone wise so now I'm worried I will never be able to reach my goal weight without looking sick (and not in a good way).

30/50/20 Ratio
I just updated my protien intake to 50, lowered my carbs to 30 and put my fat intake at 20. At this ratio should I see the weight loss I've been longing for? I'd really like to drop 5lbs in the upcomming month, possibly go so far as 12 by July.

Embaressing but.....
Since I've started working on eatting healthier, drinking a lot more water and exercising I've also been getting a lot of GAS! Is this normal? If so when will it stop? Do good all day then @ night :(
I do really good all day long sticking to my guns but then at around 8/9pm my stomach growls and no matter how much water I drink, it still growls at me. So I make some popcorn, or have 2 rice cakes and drink MORE water before it shuts up. This is AFTER I've closed out my calories for the day! I'm tired of eatting after…

How much water before Breakfast?
Lately I've been trying to consume 2-4 glasses of water before I let a morsel of food touch my lips. Does anyone else do this or am I being odd?

Clothes Looser but....
The scale has NOT budged? What on earth is going on here? I admit there were 3 days that I was off my own personal health waggon, but overall before that I was watching what I ate, counting calories and exercising as often as I could. I've heard you loose inches before lbs but then why to start did I loose 4lbs?

Water Question
I drink bottled water (easy to grab on the go, tastes better then my tap water IMO) and normally the bottles I drink equal to 2 glasses of water. However yesterday I bought two 1 liter sized bottles....so how many glasses of water is that?
