Not logging exercise calories?
MFP has set my daily calorie goal to 1200, I figured this was quite low so I have set it to 1400, but what I have decided to do is to not log my exercise calories and stick to eating 1400 per day. Has anyone had any success from doing this?

4lbs gained in four days? surely not?
So i weighed myself on monday and i was 136lbs, this morning when i weighed myself it had shot up to 140lbs! this week i have done circuits, spinning and kettlebell and have eating at my calorie deficit and i've drank a ton of water. is this actually weight gain or is it something else?

i have never been smaller than 136lbs...
I started out at 157lbs and i am currently 137lbs. The slimmest i have ever been was 136lbs which was around 6 years ago; i want to to get down to 126lbs but because i have never been that size before, i'm worried i wont be able to achieve this? genetics and all that. Will this be possible?
