sandwich craving right now!

I'm sat at my desk at work craving a sandwich for lunch. i have a salad in the fridge, but all i want is a massive sandwich and packet of crisps.
I'm doing body pump tonight and i am having chicken and vegetables for dinnner so nice and healthy and good for me.
but right now i just want a big fat ham and cheese sandwich, should i cave in to my craving?

If you think it's worth it, why not? :P I give myself a break and eat what I want at least once a week. Sometimes I even allow myself a little (naughty food) snack in small portions.
Maybe you can try and have your fav sandwich in a small portion and leave out that bag of crisp. Whichever works best. Good luck.

It would be better to cave now and enjoy the sandwich in a more appropriate portion rather than feel deprived later and have those things in bigger portions with a milkshake as well, 'cause maybe you're craving that too. My mom does Weight Watchers, and she likes to call it a "controlled fall".0

You should take in a low cal wholemeal pitta bread or perhaps a low calorie sliced bread with ham and a reduced fat cheese. Stuff it with salad if you wish and enjoy at not so many calories!

I was not aware that a sandwich was "bad" for you. What is wrong with a sandwich? I lost about 40 Lbs total and ate sandwiches regularly...still do. I get a lot of nutrition in my sandwiches...some lean protein, whole grains, veggies...some good, healthy fats.0

I have ham, egg and cheese sandwiches regularly for breakfast. Nothing wrong with them. And a small bags of chips isn't going to kill you!0
