GW 119

I'm looking to drop 10lbs by the end of June (7 weeks)

is this do-able? i understand the last 20lbs are the hardest to lose.

    why the rush?

your GW is pretty low for your height, but you should only be aiming for 0.5lbs per week anyway to retain lean mass. you probably want to look at bodyfat not actual scale weight at this stage.

i got down to 124lbs at 5ft 5, but am now smaller at 132lbs, as i have less bodyfat.

It is possible, but it kind of depends. Usually it is the very heavy people who lose large amounts fast in the beginning. But they level out once that first few weeks is over. I have lost 10 pounds in a month before. I wasn't doing anything wacky to get there. Just make sure your diet is good, and you are exercising. Don't try any wacky fat flushes because they are a joke. Also, bear in mind, you can lose fat and not pounds. If you build lean muscle you will get smaller, but may not see a difference on the scale. A pound of muscle is smaller than a pound of fat.
