Foosball and calorie burning
So I am officially the Foosball queen. I play every night since my husband brought a foosball table home. I know it works up a sweat and my arms will be sore the next day problem is I have searched and cannot find a calorie burn average for this. Anyone know? Or maybe have an idea how many METs this takes?

I found something better to ice your cupcakes with instead of cream cheese or buttercream frosting. 1 c. greek yogurt 1/2 c. confectioners sugar (could probably sub with splenda or stevia) 1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract Said to be a little tangy but it's frosting that could top those 100 cal cupcakes!:happy:
