  • You look AMAZING! I have one question though, when you were counting 1000-1200 calories did you add an additional 300-500 calories for breastfeeding? I am currently breastfeeding my son and I am noticing if anything that it is causing me to hold on to my last 10 pounds. So depending on how my supply is should I gradually…
  • Rachi is a nickname that my friends gave to me since I was 12 (apparently Rachelle was too long) And I started a yahoo email in 2004 and Rachi2004 was taken so I had to use rachi20024 and now it's been my user name for everything.
  • I had flounder the other night and the sauce that I whipped up made it! It had 2 tablespoons coarse ground mustard and 1/2 -1 tablespoons miracle whip or lite dressing and a sprinkle of dill. The sauce made the fish super creamy and good I feel like the kind of mustard used makes all of the difference. :flowerforyou:

  • Definetly add 500 for an infant that fully depends upon breastmilk. I add about 300 for my 9 month old who nurses 3 times a day and eats 3 solids a day. I add less if he eats less. Oh and I make it an exercise when I log it so it is automatically accumulated into my calorie intake. Hope this helps and glad you are giving…

  • Good Morning, I was super sore from my workout on EA active two days ago ( I felt like I rode a draft horse) from all of the lunges, so I skipped a day and worked out today. • Good Afternoon, Today I did my second EA Active 30 day challenge workout on hard setting. It took a lot of motivation ( like watching the Biggest Loser) to do it but I did.
