I'm In need of some serious help. I'm diabetic and for the life of me can not figure out which foods I can eat that are quick in the mornings and is not eggs. I prefer things u don't have to make. But I am open to any suggestions as of now. Plz help!

need motivation
I have no motivation what so ever even if I eat healthy I can't seem yo stay in my calorie range. I'm always so tired.

Does it matter if you can only do one exercise such as the elliptical / bike. I bought one from Walmart and that's all I really got besides walking. Do u guys think this will continue to help me till I can start my workout videos again?

I am 32 weigh 220. I lost 80 pounds 3 yrs ago. Got a kidney stone and stuck on bed rest I went from 150 to 220. I started smoke cigs and now want to quit smoking and lose weight. I bought an elliptical but I'm hungry all the time. I just need more motivation and supporters add me please!!

Stuck at a plateau

Muffin tops!!!!
Ok, so Ive lost 52 pounds and still have about 25 more to go. But I have that muffin top. I work out (different things) dvds, videos, etc. But its not taking away the muffin top. Anyone have any suggestions other than work it off. I already know that! LOL. Any other ideas!!!

metallic taste in mouth
has anyone expirenced a metallic taste in there mouth every single day i get that. all day long. I dont take vitamins and i dont drink tap water cuz the water is no good in the park. I do take meds. zoloft, ativan and fish oil.

New workout
I do the biggest loser game on the WIi and I also sometimes do ZUmba for the wii. But im looking to try something different. I want more results I guess. I am losing weight doing what im doing, but im not losing inches. Any suggestions. that dont include going to a gym or spending tons of money?
