Ok, so my husband came home with some pure green coffee beans. I would like to lose between 3 to 13 pounds. But not so sure about these coffee beans. Has any one tried them? If so have they worked? Is there any side effects?

What are you supposed to do with these coffee beans? But in any event, I hope they weren't expensive because #1: they won't make very good coffee and #2: they won't do anything for weight loss. Just stay with a healthy food plan and eat at a deficit.

Apparently there suppose to help promote healthy weight loss management. Not to sure. He paid like 15 bucks for 2 bottles.
  • it does work and im still shocked that it did.i have osteogenesis imperfecta and i get around in a wheelchair all day so when it comes to exercise its something i cant do much of.i went to a nephrologist who had a weight scale for wheelchairs and when they said i was 170 i about fainted....no joke.i used to be at 195 to 200 before the pills which i had gotten in november and it came with a colon cleanse as well and the great thing was it didnt affect me like other pills have done so i wish you luck.
  • i paid 180 for 2 bottles :( and didnt pay attention to the fine print so be carefull

Which brand did you buy? My husband bought ours from Walmart, pure health. What about the fine print?

Be careful with your health and your body. Losing weight can be done by eating less and moving more. There are many things out there that people spend their money on every day - that never work. If these coffee beans worked, everybody on this site would be celebrating and doing the happy dance. They would cost a fortune (although $180 dollars is already outrageous!) and people would be buying them left and right.

Do yourself and your pocketbook a favor. Eat healthy portions and find some kind of exercise that you love and then do this for the rest of your life. That's what works, you know. Changing your eating and exercising habits- for the rest of your life. IF you are still under the delusion that you can "diet" and then when you lose the weight you can go back to "normal"? You will be very disappointed - many times over - for the rest of your life. Good luck to you!

Thanks for the advice! Myself, I have not used any type of diet pills! I have used hard work and dedication to get where im at. ive lost about 60 pounds. but since my husband allreday bought these pills i dont want them to go to waste. I work everyday and seem to maintain between 152 and 156 so im not to bad off. maybe these things will help me lose the last few poounds that im stuck at. My health comes first and foremost however.

Those were my thoughts exactly when I saw your ticker. You have lost an awesome amount of weight. Congratulations! Great job using hard work and dedication because that is what it takes, doesn't it?

Yes, it really does! My husband on the other hand is a bit older than myself and is having a hard time kick starting his metabolism so that is why he bought these pills. I figured maybe it would help me lose the last 2 to 3 pounds but im really not worried about it because I know i will do it in time. :D It does feel great though!
