Im in need of advice! I realize that Ive been eating about 2000 calories aday. net. I have been snacking like theres no tomorrow im not sure what to do. I have no motivation. II really want to lose this last 22 pounds and some inches but not sure how to go about it. im going to cut the main things out of my diet again such as soda and sweets. that ive added quite a bit. can any one tell me what keeps them full. im always hungry. and i think it has to do with that hand to mouth thing (yes, im a former smoker) and feel the need to smoke again and i really really dont want to smoke. any advice would be great thanks

Try doing an activity that keeps your concentration. It might seema little silly but I got this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Creative-Colouring-Book-Grown-ups-Crafts/dp/1843178699/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1349816750&sr=8-1 and a pack of felt tips and would spend ages in the evening sat doing my colouring in. I got so absorbed I forgot to eat Now I'm more in the habit of eating lower cal and less carbs I find I don't feel as snackish so can just go about my normal routine.0

Almonds. They taste great and are low calorie. They also help to alkalize your body and are packed with protein and good-for-you fats!0

The only way I keep from being hungry all the time is by avoiding certain foods. I have found no other way to control my hunger, depression, anxiety, gastro-intestinal disorders, and a long list of other ailments. I don't eat grain, legumes, artificial sweeteners, limit fruit, and do my best to avoid contaminants and get the safest food that I can access.
And, I just quit smoking again on Saturday, after falling off the wagon five months ago. Strangely, I always lose weight when I quit smoking because I get BUSIER and stop chewing gum and drinking flavoured beverages to cover the smoke taste.
So, I hope that you can stick with not smoking; I'm cheering for you! However, maybe tweak how you are eating because I can say from experience that feeling hungry all the time sucks and it is NOT necessary to suffer in order to be healthy and lose weight.0
