need motivation

I am 32 weigh 220. I lost 80 pounds 3 yrs ago. Got a kidney stone and stuck on bed rest I went from 150 to 220. I started smoke cigs and now want to quit smoking and lose weight. I bought an elliptical but I'm hungry all the time. I just need more motivation and supporters add me please!!

(1) Browse the "Success Stories" section of this site.
(2) Eat healthy nutritious foods. Yeah French fries taste better, but a pound of veggies are way more filling (Yes I usually eat 1lb of steamed veggies with my dinner every night (100 to 200 caloires per lb) and add skinless chicken or fish to it.
(3) Weigh and measure everything that you put in your mouth.....digital scales are cheap.
(4) Exercise daily or as often as possible, you will feel better.
(5) What worked for me was skipping breakfast. I would just drink black coffee before lunch time. It made me less hungry through out the day and as a nighttime snacker it saved me enough calories to have a nighttime snack. Usually airpopped popcorn without the butter.
(6) Stick within your MFP goals, do not try to lose more than 2lbs per week. The key is teaching yourself to eat properly for long term sustainability of your weight.0 -
