I do the biggest loser game on the WIi and I also sometimes do ZUmba for the wii. But im looking to try something different. I want more results I guess. I am losing weight doing what im doing, but im not losing inches. Any suggestions. that dont include going to a gym or spending tons of money?

You could try adding some walking to your routine. When I was stuck and couldn't get the scale to move, I started walking three to four times a week for about 30 to 45 minutes and it seemed to help me.0

I walk everyday between 30 to 40 minutes. Speeds varies. Due to my hyper active son. But thats already a part of the routine.0

Hey girlie!
I added some weight lifting in with my aerobic and I definitely have lost inches. Down a size in clothes even though the scale did not move! They have some great beginner exercises that you can get off of YouTube or an inexpensive DVD. A couple of hand weights won't set you back too much in cash either.
Let me know

what you can do is set a schedule. Do weight lifting one day then aerobics the next day and so forth.0

These are all great suggestions. When I was "stuck", I found changing my routine type worked. So I went from elliptical and a couple dvd workouts, into doing Tae Bo. It was like $10 at WalMart new, but I got mine for $5 at a second hand shop. I saw inches start to melt in 3 weeks throwing this into the mix0

I agree with all the above. Variety is the key. Your body gets used to the same thing, so switch it up a bit between cardio, strength and toning, etc.0

Definitely add in some weights or bands or any kind of resistance training to build muscle. Your current workouts burn calories but only while you're doing them. If you build some muscle it will burn fat and calories even when you're not working out.0
