Any information on to figure out how much protein my body needs? I'm over on my protein pretty much everyday, so I'd really like to know where I should be falling. I've searched the boards a bit, but have just found that it's okay to go over. Thanks!

Stretching and Strength Training Question
So I'm doing the Power 90 right now. on Sculpt 3-4 he takes 2or 3 stretch breaks between sets. My question is, is it really necessary? Would it be an issue to skip the stretch and go straight to the next set, or will it be in my better interest to go ahead and do it? Thanks yall!

Almonds and Fish
Okay I'm just a bit confused. I know there are good fats in almonds and fish like salmon. Can you eat too much? For example, lately I've been having 15-20 almonds for a snack everday and I eat salmon a few times during the week. Could it be too much fats??

Baking vegtables
So I usually bake chicken or salmon with vegtables each night. I'm a single mom so it's not very time consuming.. however, my vegetables are so BLAH. I usually drizzle a tblsp of olive oil on them, but that's so high in calories. Anyone have any suggestions on what to season them with?
