Anybody jog/run with a jogging stroller?

Hey guys!
So I finally started to jog with my little one. I really want to get a jogging stroller but there are just so many!
I plan to run with him always pretty much so I need a durable, longlasting one. However, I really can't spend more than $200.
I know that a fixed wheel is best for runners?
So what do y'all use and suggest?

20" wheels for sure. Hard to say brands anymore (kids are 5 & 9 now), but we logged likely 1000 miles or more on ours. Big wheels are good.
