Okay I'm just a bit confused. I know there are good fats in almonds and fish like salmon. Can you eat too much? For example, lately I've been having 15-20 almonds for a snack everday and I eat salmon a few times during the week. Could it be too much fats??

I'd tell you to eat more....

That sounds like a beneficial amount. The salmon is fantastic for its omega 3 content.

You can eat too much fish, inasmuch as mercury levels are higher in larger fish. It would take daily fish eating for a long time to build up toxic levels but it is possible. Generally, fish is very healthy. I eat fish probably 3x a week on average. Love the stuff.
