Supersized vegetable portions?

Alrighty so this might be a silly question... but if I don't ask it's going to drive me crazy.
We all hear about supersized portions are bad, blahblah. I used to eat a huge serving of a meal, then go back for seconds. Now I usually eat chicken or fish, veggies and rice for dinner.
I have 1 cup cooked rice then usually 1-3 cups of vegetables (just depends on what they are, plus I don't really eat other veggies during the day)
Now in weightloss, should I be avoiding a huge vegetable portion like that? Or go for it? I would think go for it since it's vegetables right?

Do you log your food? I would think that if you are going to eat 2-3 serving portions of something, the veggies would be the thing to do it on
. As long as you're not going over your calories, I don't know why you can't eat up! Enjoy.

I second what Stormie said! If you've got the numbers, and WANT to spend them on veggies, then go for it!0 -
Yeah my dinners are usually around 300-400 calories. I love eating veggies for dinner, I have no idea why, haha.

It would depend on how you prepare the vegetables, but, assuming you're not adding alotta fat, sugar, and sodium, then I say go for it!! I do! The meat on your plate should be no more than 2-4 oz, which is roughly the size and thickness of your palm. Fill the rest of your plate to overflowing with veggies and fruits!
