Running Faster and Farther

Zumba
I read somewhere that 60 min of Zumba burns anywhere from 600-1000 calories. Is this true? I mean I know its hard to get a specific number because of different moves, intensity, etc, but just wondering if its safe to say that an hour of Zumba burns approx 800 calories?

Best Approach
From experience, would you say it is more effective to loose weight via calorie counting or low carb? I have been working out and doing low cal but a friend works out and does low carb. We are both loosing, but I am finding it hard to keep motivation.

I just bought my first jar of Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein (double rich chocolate). Now I need some info/ideas. I have been drinking it after my runs (3 days a week). Liquid Eggs
Are these better for you than regular eggs? I work at a hospital and I like eggs and turkey sausage when I work on Saturdays mornings. The cafeteria prepares liquid eggs but you can also have them scrambled on the grill. The liquid ones taste so good and I wanted to know if those are ok....?
