What are your thoughts? Good or bad?

A friend of mine is a beach body coach and suggested it. I am leary of spending so much $$$ on a 30 day supply, but I would like to try it. Wish I could try it before I buy it!

    If your friend is a coach, he or she should be able to get you a sample. I know my coach got me samples of both flavors...

    Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard is awesome and they got Chocolate chip Mint:) I like mixing vanilla ice cream in orange juice. Tastes just like a creamcicle!! Stay away from the ones with aspartame. They're nasty! And the ones that only come in Chocolate Vanilla or Strawberry.

    You can also sample RTD's. (ready to drinks) They sell them at GNC

    I love Shakeology and definately think it is worth it. Its one of the many reasons why I became a BeachBody coach. I have tons of great recipes to use with Shakeology as well.

    Your friend who is a coach should be able to give you samples and then you can try it...

    Definitely ask your coach to give you a sample. Shakeology changed my husband's life. He has chronic acid reflux and was taking Prilosec daily but since drinking Shakeology he no longer needs the medicine.

    Plus the chocolate tastes YUMMY!
