Liquid Eggs

Are these better for you than regular eggs? I work at a hospital and I like eggs and turkey sausage when I work on Saturdays mornings. The cafeteria prepares liquid eggs but you can also have them scrambled on the grill. The liquid ones taste so good and I wanted to know if those are ok....?

They are (usually) pasteurized egg whites. You can use them for anywhere you'd use an egg white. I'm not a fan of cracking an egg to use the white and throw the yolk away so I use them when I want a more protein dense egg mixture above two whole eggs, without the extra fats from egg yolk.0
