Macros- always over on fat. Big deal or not?
I've got my macros set to 50% carbs, 20% fat, 30% protein... and I am more often than not over on my fats. I try to hit my protein more than I try to hit any of my other macros, but is the fact that I'm always going over on fats a big deal, or should I try harder to get them down a bit? I eat at my TDEE -20%. I've realized that if I continue to follow my Turbo Fire workouts, I will consistently fall under 1200 net calories per day (sometimes well under 1200). Eating Back Calories- HOW?!

Woo, we're getting up there in the week #'s. Are you still on track, or are you starting to have difficulties? So far my biggest difficulty remains my downstairs neighbor. I just can't do any cardio when she's home or she bashes on her ceiling until I stop. It's manageable, but it's very annoying.

I try to workout in the mornings, before breakfast. I live in an apartment, and my downstairs neighbor works the very early shift, and gets home around noon... so I try to not bang around a lot after that. Plus, I think it's a good way to start the day =)
