Eating Back Calories- HOW?!

I usually eat back the calories I burn when I work out. I am for 20% under my TDEE, which would put me at 1530 calories. That's usually fine, but today I burned 800 calories because I did an extended work out (had a lot on my mind I needed to "work off") I've already eaten breakfast, and now I would have to eat 1986 calories to hit my calorie goal for the day.... but HOW do I eat so many calories without going over my macros? Any big calorie burners with tips for me?

Your goals for your macros should have gone up with the increase in calories, so no worries. You got a great workout in, and you've only had a bowl of Cheerios and a cuppa tea so far - I'm thinking you ought to be good and hungry by lunchtime! Make sure you get good protein, and enjoy eating a little bit more today.0
