Carb cycling question
How low you need to go on carbs on your low carb days. I know I m suppose to keep my protein same according to my body weight etc but wondering how low to get on carbs? Thank you.

blender for bulky vegetables

weight change through out the day...
does it have anything to do with metabolism? One of my friend told me if your weight stays same through out the the day then it means your metabolism is working fine. If it changes like - increase in the evening - then it means that you have a slow metabolism probably. I am a little confuse.... anyone know how they relate?
