Hi all who are close to your goal,
What are you doing that is working at this point? (or whats not working?)
Or, if you are at your goal weight, what worked towards the end of your weightloss journey?
I am 5'9 and have been stuck at 150 to 155 for couple of years now while I would love to be at 140, my biggest problem is motivation, any help whatsoever would be appreciated.

Honestly, you are at a healthy weight, perhaps focusing on toning more than numbers would behoove you more along your journey?0

I have 15-20 pounds left to lose until I reach my goal and I totally know how you feel >_<
I look at photos of girls I admire (like the ones in my profile pics thing), and that helps me0 -
I'm convinced my body is incapable of moving into the 150s! I'm 5'10" and 165lbs, but ideally I'd love to be 150lbs. I know I still have excess pounds to shed, but I'm having a very difficult time. I had been doing low calorie and exercising with no luck, so I'm doing South Beach to try and rev up my weight loss. It's been three weeks and at first I was having success, but now my lovely cycle is out of control and the scale won't budge. I know I could push myself harder exercise wise, I just can't seem to do it. My goal feels so close, yet so far away!0
