I know its probably silly to ask this but just have to know that someone else was able to do it too....... before I continue to keep kicking my a** to get it.
Has anyone ever been able to lose the jiggle on their arms??? Like they had flabby arms but after losing weight, they were able to tone them up?????????????/

yah its definately possible my arms lost an inch and a half and you just gotta do some bicep and tricep excersizes to tighten em up0

Yes - it is possible.... After losing 60 lbs I started using the Kettleworx program and I see a difference in that area! I have only been doing the Kettleworx for 7 weeks now, only 20 min 3x's a week is all and it works!0

I am losing my arm jiggle lil by lil (which is good cuz thats where most of my tattoos are and that would suck if they start to sag). I do a 2 mile walk in my livingroom 3x a week and when the arm part of it comes up, I just do the boxing thing with my arms using cans of corn for weights....LOL Sounds silly but works like a charm for me!0

Weight lifting and toning arms, shoulders, back and all should definitely help.0

I have, and still am, actually. When I first started losing weight, I was doing straight up cardio. Sure, I got thinner, but my muscles weren't really becoming defined and loose skin would literally clap if I threw a jab. So, I started doing upper body routines, mainly prison workouts, but same concept. Push-ups, tricep dips, tricep isolated strength training, bicep curls, and other upper body routines of that nature started filling out some of the loose skin. I'm proud to say they are defined, but I'm still working on getting them to where I want them to be. Nonetheless, there's no more loose skin jiggling around on my arms. Stomach's another story that's taking A LOT longer to get down, but it's minimizing slowly.
Just keep incorporating strength training in your routine. It'll take time, but you'll notice the more you do it.0 -
The key to it is to make sure you are doing the exercises with the completely correct form. I was taught some exercises at the gym and didn't recognize my form was incorrect until they pointed it out, boy did I feel the difference!! Saved me time & effort for better results. My arms are not quite where id like them to be but with time & correct form, you will get there!0

Yes it is possible but first you have to burn the fat a.k.a get your cardio on. Then you can tone with specific arm exercises like tricep presses (pilates). BUT you cannot tone triceps if your shoulders are anterior (rounded forward) so this is where chest opening ex. and form are important.0
