Two low carb days per week
I recently read an article that having two low-carb days per week can spur your body into burning fat. Has anyone tried this? I'm planning to have 2 days in a row with a carb level of 50g, and then go back to "regular" the other days. Friend me if you're trying this and we can compare results.

Small successes
Today, after losing 8 lbs, my green velvet skirt and sweater from many winters ago fits me, without feeling the fat around my hips, and without the skirt seeming too short or the elastic waist rolling all up from the previous spare-tire-effect. I definitely feel different.

Stuck for 3 weeks

This is so strange, but there are days when I have trouble eating my allotted calories. I'm shooting for 1200 but then on my workout days, it goes up to 1600 sometimes. Is this totally weird? Anyone else ever have this?
