Today, after losing 8 lbs, my green velvet skirt and sweater from many winters ago fits me, without feeling the fat around my hips, and without the skirt seeming too short or the elastic waist rolling all up from the previous spare-tire-effect.

I definitely feel different.

    I love it when I can go to my closet and move some clothes to the back because they are TOO BIG and move others to the front that haven't fit in a long time. Very great feeling. It is like a free shopping spree in your own closet.
