Reading mixed reviews what do you think? I have one knee that is slightly messed up from running wrong three years ago...I still do P90x weight lifting and I use the spin bike almost every day with no problem...

elbow cracks doing pushups?
My right elbow cracks like peoples knuckles throughout the day....however started doing push ups today and its cracking each time I go down...should I be concerned or is it just air in the sockets...??

Spinning Bike Interval DVD
Hey guys, so I use this very intense spinning bike DVD about five times a week, and it is 35 minutes long. My question is I want to use it twice a day, but I'm wondering if that would be tooo much or injur me thanks!

Is this too much?
So I'm trying to decide how bad it would be to go over my 1200 calorie by 300 cals. I have burned 600 calories today exercising so I dont know if that would be too horrible..but I hate going into my exercise cals too much too Opinions? thanks! Rach
