Hey all, my name is Rachel and I am obviously new on here.

Can't wait to meet some people on here who are also trying to lose weight and become fit! I am currently 5'5 and about 131 lbs...I have lost about 20 so far before coming on this site..but now I feel like I could use all the encouragment I could get, I am trying to get to 120 lbs.

Anyway please add me as a friend asap! :)
