Calorie Estimation Device ???
Hi, I'm Amy, and I'm 54. I've never owned any device for estimating my calories. I want one for estimating calories when I walk, and when I go to the gym and get on the elliptical machine and use the weight machines. Cost and simplicity are also a factor, if possible. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have my goals set out further than just one day at a time. I need a longer plan so I can think more about things that I CAN do and figure out the best days to add them in. For me, if I wake up and think about daily goals for that day only, and post them, It's more of how I feel when I post them, not something that I've…
